Orange You Glad I Didn't Say Banana?

First off, let me just say thank you for all of the sweet birthday wishes!
And thank you to my wonderful parents for a delicious Sunday dinner at Ruggeris with the husband and the parent-in-laws!
try the veal, it's so good!
Love you all!

 Back to produce update...

We are a long way off until it's a banana.
This week our little lemon has graduated to the last of the citrus family.

Even though my jeans still fit, there is definitely something showing.
Kind of looks like I ate an entire plate of Oishii Pad Thai.
mmm, pad thai!

At this rate my dance costumes will need some serious alterations come June 16th!
Insert Tim Gunn's "Make it Work!"

Thank goodness for summer dresses and flowy blouses.
Which brings up a very important question...

What's your take on maternity clothes?

Let's just say I'm not thrilled about them.
But I'm not going to be one of those ladies who refuses.
So don't be surprised if you catch me at home on a Saturday afternoon in a muumuu.
to avoid the tent show, call first!

Until then, I am going to try to last as long as I can while scoping out the maternity fashion options.

Any stores or brands you recommend??

On a personal side note... the hormones have kicked in!!!
Seriously, who cries at Dancing with the Stars???
Apparently I do now, bahahahaha!

  1. Thanks for the recommendation on the restaurant! There is a Ruggeri's right next to my house (the one on Preston Rd) and I've always wanted to try it, but wondered if it was any good!

    1. I thought it was great! The one in McKinney is where Mama Emilia's was.

  2. I love Pea In the Pod for jeans and nicer maternity clothes. I got the rest of my stuff from Old Navy (mostly basics), H&M (love their maternity clothes!) and Target (Liz Lange).
